The UWA Economics & Commerce Student Society is Bound constitutionally to the rules and regulations stated therein, and also to the rules and regulations that govern the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (DOCEP)
ECOMS's Constitution in its current state is acknowledged by DOCEP to be a legally binding document as of March 12, 2008.
