These Calendars are maintained by the ECOMS Committee. To start adding events you will need to have a Google account (free to set up from google.com) and you need to be given administrator permissions from an existing administrator. Then it's as simple as logging in at google.com , going to your account, clicking the Calendar link and clicking on the date that of the new event.
